Today, this is Luc Vanheule. I have met Luc during the We Are Sales '22 in Leuven in March 2022. And Luc leads now the Global Sales Excellence and has several sales leadership roles within Materialise. Before this, Luc had several positions at Siemens.  

He has very humble personality and at the same time he can be very direct, which I very much appreciate.  A great conversation about a leader who is always looking for improving and keeping the human factor central.
